Sliding doors lead to a lovely bright South-facing conservatory and enclosed paved terrace with views over adjoining Cornish farmland. The bathroom has an instantaneous electric shower above the bath, shaver point and heated towel rail.
Off the hall is a pleasant fully fitted kitchen with pine cupboards and equipped with electric oven/hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
The pretty master bedroom has a double bed and a second colour television set and space for an optional child’s divan or cot. The second bedroom has one 3ft and one 2ft 6ins bed. Each bedroom has good quality beds with feather pillows, mattress and pillow protectors, duvets and spare blankets, a fitted pine wardrobe and bedside lighting.
